Follow these steps to add a virtual background to Microsoft Teams: Step 1: If you’re on a call in Microsoft Teams, click the three-dot icon at the bottom. Select Show Background Effects from the menu.
Step 2: A new window will open. Select the background you want to use. To preview it, click Preview buttonYour video will be disabled for others.
Note: Only you will see the background when you preview it. When you are happy with the background, click ‘Apply and turn the video on’.
To remove the background effect, go to the three-dot icon> Show Background Effects. Click the none icon and click Apply button
