The Anker Life P2 Mini Soundcore has a compact, delicate appearance and is exceptionally light, weighing only 4.5 grams per side, making it barely noticeable when worn. Another advantage of these in-ears is that they come with five different sizes of ear tips, allowing you to customize them to your ears and ensure good stability. These wireless earphones are weatherproof and can be used during sporting activities due to their IPX5 water- and sweat-resistant finish, and the slim housings also fit under a cap or hat. Despite their light weight, these headphones have long-lasting batteries that provide an eight-hour and fifteen-minute runtime at higher volumes. The Soundcore by Anker Life P2 Mini comes with a charging case that weighs only 39 grams and allows them to be fully charged twice and then by 60%. This resulted in a total runtime of 30 hours during our test. It takes 45 minutes to charge the earpieces. The fact that the batteries cannot be seen from the outside when charged is not ideal, but the Life P2 Mini has a convenient quick-charge function. This allows for two hours and twenty minutes of use after ten minutes of power supply. The case has a USB-C port and can be fully charged in two and a quarter hours using the included charging cable. Three LEDs illuminate the progress at all times. A double-tap starts and stops playback when a wireless connection is established; this can be done on both sides and is also used to answer phone calls. Calls are terminated or rejected with a short press. Track selection is accomplished by briefly holding the right earpiece, and forward and backward navigation is accomplished with the left. You can communicate with a voice assistant by tapping the left earpiece three times. On the right, triple tapping toggles between the Soundcore by Anker Life P2 Mini’s three EQ modes, and the touch control responds consistently and without delay. However, volume control has been omitted, so you must use a voice assistant or your device to do so.
